It is with great pride we announce Snowflake refrigeration led by Andre Van Dyk has officially agreed to join with EcoChill. Andre and Jim created and built Snowflake Refrigeration over the last 10 years on the principles of trust, transparency and excellence, values that EcoChill expects and deliver in the way we work, and which we will continue to deliver to Snowflakes customers.
Our people are incredibly important to us and we are proud Andre is continuing within the business, based in Christchurch. Andre brings a wealth of skills and knowledge, in particular, a strong understanding of ammonia systems that further supports EcoChill in delivering Leadership in Natural Refrigeration. He is a well-respected member of the industry who we are fortunate to have as part of our team. Andre has forged strong relationships with his customers and will be heavily involved with Snowflakes transition to EcoChill on the 1st May,2016.
Together we will be able to provide better service and delivery, have more resources available, and be able to respond to urgent call outs in a more effective and consistent manner. Our combined teams are committed to maintaining service excellence and strong customer relationships through the integration. Message from Andre
I am pleased to announce that Snowflake Refrigeration has officially joined EcoChill and will be working with them from the 1st May 2016. Together we will be able to give you better service and delivery, have more resources available and be able to attend to call outs with much more consistency in meeting urgent time frames.
Over the last 10 years of operations, Jim Kiriona and I have built our business on honesty and transparency. It has been a difficult search finding the right business partner to move Snowflake forward while maintaining those values, and we believe we have this with EcoChill. They are an NZ family owned business with a strong reputation in the market and Matthew Darby, who manages the business, is also Chair of the HVAC& Refrigeration company industry body. EcoChill are members of the industry associations CCCA and IRHACE, are accredited Site Safe and pledged to the ACC Canterbury Rebuild Safety Charter.
EcoChill also has some of the industry’s best knowledge in Natural Refrigeration and Power Saving Solutions and I know this is going to be really valuable as you start to see the changes happening in legislation around synthetic refrigerants and their effect on business operating costs.
Unfortunately for us, Jim is making a move to Australia for personal reasons, and we wish him and his family the very best for the future; he has been an invaluable part of Snowflake. I am continuing within the business, delivering technical support and working with you as always, so it will be Business As Usual in the main. Of course, any equipment supplied and installed will be under warranty with EcoChill under the current warranty period, and the terms and conditions of current service agreements remain.
